Gladwin Electrical Services Limited work as a team with clients, planning supervisors and our H&S advisors to implement CDM regulations on all contracts as required by law.

Although Gladwin Electrical Services Limited are principally Electrical Installation Engineers Directly employing its own installation staff, contracts manager and estimators, we offer the installation of the full M&E and building services and in common with many other companies, Sub-Contract the services not directly employed by ourselves, i.e. Suspended Ceilings, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Heating & Ventilation and General Builders works.

Maintenance 

Works, however small or extensive, installed by ourselves or not, has always been a mainstay of Gladwin Electricals comprehensive service to maintain systems for our clients. Our specialist maintenance teams are equally happy to replace a defective lamp or tube as they are to undertake a full comprehensive planned maintenance program of your premises, specifically tailored to suit your requirements and budget constraints. 

The service involves an initial survey of your premises to whatever degree and detail you require, we can also produce record plans and computer generated documentation which will form the basis of an agreed and tailor made management plan for the continuing maintenance of your facilities.

The Health and Safety at Work Act states that records are a useful management tool for reviewing the frequency of inspection and test and without such records duty holders cannot be certain that the Inspection and testing has been effectively carried out.
